KANGAR, Aug 12 — Breaching regulations under the targeted enhanced movement control order (TEMCO), which is enforced to curb the spread of Covid-19, is a major sin according to religion, said Perlis Mufti Datuk Dr Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin.
